The Big Texan, model number GFE105, is a high-performance griddle designed for both natural gas and propane gas use. It features a spacious cooking surface measuring 41-1/4 inches wide by 15-3/4 inches deep. Equipped with three U-shaped stainless steel burners, each producing 9,000 BTUs, this griddle delivers a total cooking power of 27,000 BTUs. Constructed with durable 304 stainless steel, it boasts a stainless steel cooking surface with a cast-iron base plate, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire surface. Safety is a priority with three built-in safety valves and thermocouples that automatically cut off the gas supply in case of flame extinction. The battery-operated ignition system offers reliable startup, while a removable grease tray allows for easy cleaning. Additionally, opposite gas orifices are included for convenient gas type conversion.
