Neapolitan pizza requires extreme temperatures — above 450°C (845°F) — to cook in just 45-60 seconds. The Neapolitan Arch narrows the oven’s opening, trapping heat and boosting air temperature to produce the perfect rise and charred crust every time.

Crafted with a ceramic-bonded design and a central recess, the arch allows chefs to ‘dome’ pizzas by lifting them into the flames for even heat distribution. Its Dome Flue Extension directs smoke and soot away, enhancing airflow and overall oven performance.

This arch is designed specifically for gas-fired ovens and is not intended for wood-fired cooking.
