Crafted with a ceramic-bonded design and a central recess, the arch allows chefs to ‘dome’ pizzas by lifting them into the flames for even heat distribution. Its Dome Flue Extension directs smoke and soot away, enhancing airflow and overall oven performance.
This arch is designed specifically for gas-fired ovens and is not intended for wood-fired cooking.
